If your dog doesn't like their gear, or if they’d like a different size/color, we have a 30 day return & exchange policy.
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of order delivery.
Returns are free – check your delivery box or bag for a prepaid USPS return label.
All returned items must be in NEW condition. All fur needs to be removed in order to receive a full refund.
Dirty, furry, or damaged returns are not eligible for refund. They will be shipped back to you at your expense OR will be donated to a local shelter if not reclaimed within 30 days.
If you’d like to make a return as a result of our error or a defective product, please email us at paikka.usa@paikka.pet and we’ll get you sorted!
It can take up to 10 days for us to open your return package and inspect the items inside. When the items are deemed to be in new condition, we’ll ship your exchange or issue a refund, and we’ll email you to let you know.
Once we issue a refund to your credit card company or bank, there could be additional delays in receiving the credit to your account due to your bank’s policies and processes. Please contact your payment provider to find out their timeline for crediting accounts.
International Returns and Exchanges:
At this time, we are unable to provide free returns and exchanges for orders placed outside of the US. In the event you need to return or exchange your international order to us, please follow the guidelines below.
(here we can add instructions that all customers must follow – ensuring that items being returned are done so within 30 days from date of delivery, sent back in new condition, free of pet hair, etc.)

As soon as we receive your return and inspect it, we will either issue a refund or exchange. Please note that it can take our team 7-10 business days to open up and inspect your return after it has been delivered to us.

OUR SOLUTION: PAIKKA Drying Coat Spa is made of two layers of ultra-soft, high-quality microfiber material that will wrap your dog in ultimate coziness and keep them warm while drying the fur quickly.
Just slip the spa robe on your dog after a bath or grooming to protect your furniture and floor from getting wet. Thanks to the wrap around design and belt with magnetic buckle, this bathrobe is also super quick and easy to dress.
The absorbent fabric will dry the dog's fur quickly. SILVERPLUS® treatment on the fabric also fights off unwanted odors.
The coat's design with low back hem offers maximum coverage for the areas with thick coat. High collar with push buttons adds to the comfort and helps to absorb the moist even from the thickest lion-like manes. Subtle tone to tone color crowns the luxury spa experience.

Finding the perfect size
To determine PAIKKA jacket size, measure your dog’s back from neck to the base of the tail. If your dog is between two sizes, we recommend choosing the bigger size. Please note that measurements on the size chart are the maximum measurements. Back length, neckline and belt may be adjusted smaller.
Materials:
Shell: 80% polyester, 20% polyamide.
Lining: 88% polyester, 12% polyamide.
Care:
Machine wash at 40 degrees, gentle cycle. No bleach, no chemical wash, no tumble dry. Do not iron. SILVERPLUS® might lessen after 50 times of laundry.
