If your dog doesn't like their gear, or if they’d like a different size/color, we have a 30 day return & exchange policy.
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of order delivery.
Returns are free – check your delivery box or bag for a prepaid USPS return label.
All returned items must be in NEW condition. All fur needs to be removed in order to receive a full refund.
Dirty, furry, or damaged returns are not eligible for refund. They will be shipped back to you at your expense OR will be donated to a local shelter if not reclaimed within 30 days.
If you’d like to make a return as a result of our error or a defective product, please email us at paikka.usa@paikka.pet and we’ll get you sorted!
It can take up to 10 days for us to open your return package and inspect the items inside. When the items are deemed to be in new condition, we’ll ship your exchange or issue a refund, and we’ll email you to let you know.
Once we issue a refund to your credit card company or bank, there could be additional delays in receiving the credit to your account due to your bank’s policies and processes. Please contact your payment provider to find out their timeline for crediting accounts.
International Returns and Exchanges:
At this time, we are unable to provide free returns and exchanges for orders placed outside of the US. In the event you need to return or exchange your international order to us, please follow the guidelines below.
(here we can add instructions that all customers must follow – ensuring that items being returned are done so within 30 days from date of delivery, sent back in new condition, free of pet hair, etc.)

This dog jacket and its seams are 100% waterproof to keep your dog dry and comfortable. The smart reflective surface makes your dog visible in car headlights when it’s dark. Vivid orange color ensures visibility against different backgrounds also in daylight. It doesn’t get any safer than this!
Special Far infrared (FIR) emitting lining helps your canine athlete recover from exercise and it may also help prevent injuries by improving the blood flow and microcirculation. Dogs are made to move, so we consider every dog worth the same care and knowledge as professional athletes.

Finding the perfect size
To determine PAIKKA jacket size, measure your dog’s back from neck to the base of the tail. If your dog is between two sizes, we recommend choosing the bigger size. Please note that measurements on the size chart are the maximum measurements. Back length, neckline and belt may be adjusted smaller.
Materials:
Shell: 90% polyester, 10% TPU.
Lining: 55% cotton, 37% graphene, 8% elastane
Care:
Machine wash, 30 degrees, gentle or delicate cycle. Wash inside out with similar colors. No bleach, no chemical wash, no tumble dry, don’t iron or use washing softeners.
